Testimonials

P. Levine
Knee Replacement Recovery

"After my knee replacement, I was stuck at just 60 degrees of bending after three months of physical therapy, and I was starting to lose hope. I couldn’t kneel, squat, or even walk comfortably, and it felt like my recovery had stalled.

After just one month working with her, everything changed. She carefully reduced the swelling with lymphatic techniques and guided me through exercises that actually made sense for my body. My knee went from 60 degrees to 120 degrees of flexion, and I felt more confident moving than I had in months.

The sessions were always hands-on, personalized, and focused entirely on my progress. I finally feel like my recovery is back on track, and I can enjoy daily activities without constant pain or frustration."

T. Goldberg
Post-Stroke Rehabilitation

"After six months of traditional rehabilitation following my stroke, I was still struggling with basic daily activities and beginning to believe that this was as good as it would get. I felt discouraged and was slowly losing hope.

From my very first session here, the experience was completely different. The evaluation was thorough, thoughtful, and unlike anything I had experienced before. Instead of focusing only on my symptoms, she looked at how my entire body was working or not working together.

Over time, I began to regain abilities I thought were gone forever. Everyday tasks became easier, my confidence returned, and my quality of life improved dramatically. This care gave me something I hadn’t felt in months: real hope, backed by real progress."

J. Michaels
Chronic Orthopedic Pain

" I had lived with persistent pain for years and had seen multiple providers with little improvement. Each visit felt rushed, and treatments were always the same.

This was the first time someone truly took the time to understand my body as a whole. Every session was focused, hands-on, and tailored specifically to what I needed that day. The attention to detail and level of expertise were exceptional.

Not only did my pain improve, but I also gained a deeper understanding of how my body moves and how to prevent future issues. The care here is in a completely different category."

L. R.
Balance and Mobility Decline

"I was becoming increasingly unsteady and fearful of falling, which began to affect my independence. I knew I needed help, but I wanted more than routine therapy

From the first consultation, I felt seen, heard, and cared for. The sessions were never rushed, and the treatment was always adapted to how my body responded. Over time, my balance, strength, and confidence improved significantly.

This approach restored not just my mobility, but my peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for this level of care."

Michael Rush , Rotator Cuff Tear

“Throughout my surgical recovery, she was more than a physical therapist, she was a partner in my healing. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine concern made me feel completely safe at every stage. I always knew that if something didn’t feel right, I could call her and get immediate guidance.”

Louise Manger , Post-Surgical Recovery

“Recovering from my surgery felt overwhelming at first. I was nervous about every step; pain, movement, and whether I was doing the right exercises. From our first session, I immediately felt safe and supported. She took the time to explain everything, adjusted each movement to my body, and made me feel confident that my recovery was in the right hands.”

Rose's Bio

With over three decades of international clinical experience across Brazil, Canada, and the United States, I bring a rare depth of expertise to physical therapy, grounded in precision, advanced clinical reasoning, and individualized care.

I earned my physical therapy degree in Brazil in 1996 and quickly distinguished myself in orthopedic rehabilitation, working alongside highly respected surgeons and serving elite professional soccer teams. My early career focused on complex musculoskeletal injuries, particularly advanced knee pathologies, and included national speaking engagements, professional lectures, and participation in advanced clinical conferences. From the outset, my work was driven by a pursuit of excellence and mastery in challenging cases.

In 2001, I relocated to Canada, where I completed the rigorous credentialing process required to practice at the level of a Canadian-educated physical therapist, equivalent to a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Over the eight years I lived in Toronto, I worked in leading rehabilitation hospitals as well as specialized outpatient clinics, further refining my expertise in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation within highly respected medical systems.

In 2006, while still in Canada, I completed the demanding re-credentialing process required to practice in the United States. This included additional university coursework to achieve all credits required for transitional Doctorate equivalence, along with successfully passing all licensing examinations to become a fully licensed physical therapist in the U.S. This journey uniquely positions me as a clinician credentialed and trained across three countries an uncommon distinction that reflects both clinical depth and professional rigor.

I moved to Florida in 2007, worked in several clinical settings, and opened my own practice in Boca Raton in 2012. In 2018, I expanded and opened a second location in Deerfield Beach. Throughout my career, I have continued to advance my clinical specialization through certifications and advanced training in orthopedics, manual therapy, spinal mobilization, women’s health, lymphedema management, vestibular rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, and applied behavioral analysis. This comprehensive training allows me to assess and treat the body as an integrated system rather than as a collection of isolated symptoms.

After many years operating multiple outpatient clinics and off-site locations, I intentionally transitioned to a highly selective, concierge-style model of care. Today, I work individually and exclusively one-on-one with my patients, providing full, uninterrupted attention and hands-on treatment throughout each session. This model ensures the highest standard of care, absolute clinical focus, and optimal outcomes.

My philosophy is simple and uncompromising: exceptional results require the correct diagnosis and the correct treatment. Experience, precision, and clinical judgment matter. Every plan of care is tailored, efficient, and purposeful, designed to restore function, reduce pain, and elevate quality of life without wasted time or unnecessary interventions.

I am honored to offer a level of physical therapy defined by expertise, discretion, and results, serving individuals who value excellence, personalized care, and a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to their health.

Begin with a private consulation

If you are seeking physical therapy delivered with intention, experience, and complete clinical focus, I invite you to request a private consultation.

This initial visit is not a brief screening or a generic evaluation. It is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment designed to determine whether this approach aligns with your needs and goals, and to ensure that I am truly the right clinician to help you. I do not retain patients I cannot genuinely help.

During this consultation, I take the time to understand your body as a whole. I carefully assess movement, posture, mechanics, and functional patterns, evaluating the entire body to interpret the messages it is expressing through pain, limitation, or compensation. Symptoms are rarely isolated; they are signals of deeper underlying issues that must be identified to allow meaningful healing.

My focus is on uncovering the true source of the problem, often an unseen factor or a complex interaction of structural and functional dysfunctions that have developed over time, creating a self-perpetuating cycle of pain or limitation. That cycle must be broken for recovery to occur.

Based on this thorough evaluation, I design a treatment plan tailored specifically to your body and your needs, not a standardized protocol. I am particularly drawn to complex cases, and I take great professional satisfaction in identifying the key elements that others may have missed.

This consultation is the foundation for precise, effective care and for real, meaningful change.
